Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Convero provides an automated AI agent that responds to, qualifies, books and follows up with leads on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and related channels, with a dashboard for your team. Features may evolve over time.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of users you invite. Keep API keys and passwords confidential; you can revoke them at any time from your dashboard.

You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, or deceptive messages, to violate Meta platform policies (WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger), or to process data you are not authorised to process. You are responsible for obtaining the consents required to message your contacts.

The service connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform and the Meta Messenger Platform (Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger), and may use third-party model and infrastructure providers. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms, and Meta conversation fees are billed at cost.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; usage beyond your plan's included volume is billed as overage. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Plans can be changed or cancelled from the dashboard.

The platform, its software and brand are owned by SecurePath Technologies Limited. You retain ownership of your business data and content; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we stop processing and, after a grace period, delete your data in line with our retention policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, where SecurePath Technologies Limited is established, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection obligations in the jurisdictions where you and your contacts are located.
