Terms of Service

By opening an account, asking us to set up an assistant, or connecting your WhatsApp Business account, you accept these terms on behalf of your business, and you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Convero answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, finds out what they want, bargains inside the limits you set, and asks them to pay on M-Pesa. It runs on your own Meta business accounts and your own M-Pesa shortcode, using the official tools Meta and Safaricom provide, so what it can and cannot do on each channel is set by their rules as much as by ours.

You agree not to use the service for unsolicited messaging, spam, deception, or violations of Meta's Business Messaging Policies or Safaricom acceptable use guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis to contact your customers.

The Starter, Growth and Scale plans are billed in advance in Kenyan Shillings, monthly or yearly, whichever you choose. Yearly billing is ten months paid for twelve months of service. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. Replies beyond the number included in your plan are charged per extra reply, at the rate set for that plan. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger run on your own Meta accounts, so any applicable Meta messaging charges are billed under those accounts and we add nothing to them. There is no contract term. Write to us and we will cancel your plan.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. The courts of Nairobi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.
