How Convero (operated by SecurePath Technologies Limited) collects, uses and protects personal data.

Data we process

Account data (name, email, role); your business configuration (the agent blueprint, knowledge base); and the lead conversations the agent handles on your behalf — messages, contact identifiers, and qualification details your contacts provide.

How we use it

To deliver the service: respond to and qualify leads, book meetings, send follow-ups, power your dashboard and analytics, meter usage for billing, and maintain security and audit trails. We do not sell personal data.

Roles

For your business's account data we act as a data controller. For the lead conversations we process on your behalf, you are the controller and we are your processor, acting on your instructions.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with infrastructure and model providers strictly to run the service (e.g. Meta — the WhatsApp Business Platform and the Messenger Platform for Instagram and Facebook — cloud hosting, and the configured AI model provider). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Security & isolation

Every business is isolated at the database level with row-level security, access is role-scoped, sensitive actions are written to an append-only audit log, and data is encrypted in transit. See our data protection page for details.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. Deleted leads are purged after a short grace period, and usage and audit records are trimmed on a defined retention schedule.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act 2023 and Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019), individuals can request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent. Contact us and we will route the request to the relevant business.
